1. Booking Contract

These booking conditions belong to the bookings with flightfortravel.com whose registered office is at AM TRAVELS LLC 30 N Gould St, STE 4000, Sheridan, WY, 82801. How the booking conditions apply to you vary depending on whether you have booked a flights package or any other travel arrangements. Contracts with flightfortravel.com and all matters arising from them are subject to English law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You may, however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so. The person who makes the booking, who must be aged 18 or over, accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party.

2. Deposits

Where deposits are taken this only guarantees the seat NOT any tax increase and fare increase. The deposits are non-refundable. Your fare is guaranteed only once you make the full payment. Your seat is guaranteed only after your tickets are issued by our agency and we send you the e-tickets.

3. Credit/Debit Card Charges

Payments made by credit/debit card are liable for the following surcharges: 2.5% on Visa & Master Card. 3.5% on American Express. If you wish to avoid paying the surcharge, you may transfer/deposit funds into one of our bank account. Although this is advisable only if your departure date is more than 5 days away. Please make sure you consult with our Travel consultant before/after making any bank transfer or cash deposit.

4. Cancellation and Refunds of Passengers

You may cancel your booking at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person making the booking and is communicated to us in writing. As we incur costs when you cancel, we will retain your deposit and additional cancellation charges may apply. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges. Cancellation charges on airline tickets are dependent on the airline, the fare type and when cancellation takes place, varying from 25%to 100%; please check at the time of booking. It should be noted that the majority of discounted airline tickets carry a 100% cancellation charge. Refunds can take anything between 12-14 weeks. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

4. Complaints

If a problem occurs, whilst you are abroad, you must inform the relevant supplier (e.g. hotel, tour operator, car rental company, airline) immediately so that the matter can be put right. If the supplier cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, at the time, you must also contact us immediately by telephoning us +1-646-585-0371 so that we are given the opportunity to help. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, you must write to us within 25 days of your return, quoting your original booking reference and giving all relevant information. Failure to take these steps will hinder our ability to resolve the problem and/or investigate it fully and in consequence, any right to compensation you may have extinguished or reduced.

5. Passport, Visa, Health Requirements and Driving License

Please ensure that you are aware of all passport, visa and health requirements and that you allow adequate time to obtain them. You must check applicable requirements with the relevant Embassy, Consulate or Passport Agency. Please note that many countries require that your passport is valid for six months beyond the period of your stay. Requirements can change and it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with applicable passport, visa and health requirements and take all necessary documents with you to gain access to any country or region to which you make travel arrangements or transit through. The Travel Flights cannot accept any responsibility for customers who do not possess the correct documents and if you fail to do so, you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage that you incur as a result of your failure.
